		<description>My strategy behind investment properties is to hope for a return in property valuation but guarantee a return by paying down your loan with streams of rental income.  A triplex is a great example of you living in one apartment and having the other two apartments pay down your mortgage.  

This is only way I would buy a home with interest rates so low and property valuations so high right now.   Interest rates only have up to go in the long run and the extra income will help make them affordable.</description>
