Actually there’s a couple of blogs I follow that relate to Rule #1, including Phil’s own blog:

Also, there’s a nice site called stock2own.com that focuses on “implementing” Rule#1. The author makes money by selling periodic reports of the market based on the methodology, but there’s tons of functionality there that can be had for free. Recommended.

I’ve actually made a lot of money using his approach. When I deviate, I don’t. When I follow it precisely, I do.
