That's why I won't take a job I despise, even if the money is good - the stress is not worth it and could shorten your life. I also exercise 5 times per week - the gym and yoga. Plus, I work, blog, and contract on the side. The gym always comes first with me! Your health is your most important asset, for sure!

I don't really get how some bloggers (and others) talk about how they have a full time job, run a business (blog and other sites) and don't have time to exercise or eat properly. Dumb.
